EDAWN has undertaken several initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life in Greater Reno-Tahoe.
- To promote and retain our region's young professionals, EDAWN provided initial funding and support for the Reno Tahoe Young Professionals Network.
- To better connect employers looking for available employees, and merge existing resources into one document to help companies and workers meet each others needs, EDAWN and partners created the Northern Nevada Workforce Network.
- To facilitate the growth of entrepreneurship in northern Nevada, EDAWN and the University of Nevada, Reno College of Business created Nevada Connectors to assist in connecting new or small local businesses with the top business leaders and entrepreneurial minds in our region.
