The Nevada Train Employees Now Program provides shortterm, skills-based intensive job training to assist new and expanding firms to reach productivity quickly. A customized program is designed covering recruitment, hiring and job training for Nevada residents.
Silver State Works
Designed to create an opportunity for employers to help strengthen Nevada's economy while receiving incentives, up to $2,000 per employee, to hire pre-screened qualified workers to staff their businesses.
Right Skills Now
Manufacturers gain accelerated access to skilled talent as well as an efficient and sustainable system for evaluating which candidates have the Right Skills Now, while students earn industry-recognized credentials and credit toward a degree — all while working. Those who are unemployed or under-employed can prove they have the Right Skills Now in a competitive job market.
