RENO, Nev. (Aug. 27, 2015) – The Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN) has announced that Teleperformance U.S.A., the global leader in outsourced multi-channel customer experience management is opening a new contact center in Reno and hiring up to 500 employees.

The new Reno center will provide a broad range of support for a major financial services company. Teleperformance will be hiring for a variety of contact center positions that include, Customer Service Representatives, Trainers, Quality Assurance Personnel, Client Management, and additional leadership positions.
